1. Initial call 1:1 to discuss scope of project and goals.
2. Client receives client agreement within 24 hours and client questionnaire. Client signs off on this, agreeing to #s 3 and 4 below. If they are traveling or otherwise unable to do #4, delay beginning of project until they are ready. (Take 50% deposit to reserve your time or client pays in full with 5% discount.)
3. From the time The Fae Group receive documents; client receives initial designs within 3 business days.
4. Client agrees to provide feedback within 3 business days of receipt of design.
5. Client feedback and revisions, 3 days on either end.
6. Client happy with finals, sends final payment, receives final proofs and/or prints.
